Current node.js and npm

@pbxgeek Are there coding reasons you are still using node.js version 18.x and npm version 10.8? Current node.js is version 24.x and npm is 12.x.

Will upgrading those affect the operation of FS PBX coding of the current release? AI suggests that the old version of Vite 4 and Laravel-vite-plugin might be adversely affected.

There are a few underlying things that need upgrading. But we take it slow since we don't want to bring anyone's production system to a stop. So far, we've been managing most of the updates with as few hiccups as possible. Specifically, about Node.js, once the assets are built during updates, it's not really used.
