Here's the setup.
DID -> Ring Group (rollover) dest1, dest2, callcenter_queue.
If neither extension is busy, the call passes the custom variable just fine to the other leg.
However, if it gets to the callcenter part of it, it doesn't pass the custom header I have set and then every busy attempt shows up as a new "call" and not merged with the original call.
However, if I call the queue directly, the sip_call_id passes to the callcenter app and everything associates properly, so it seems that custom headers cannot pass thru ring groups. Am I missing something here?
