Dashboard display 100% CPU usage

Hi all, does someone knows why the fusionpbx dashboard shows 100% CPU usage but when I do top on the server it is less than 1%

How odd, Debian 11? Is this a fresh, brand new install?

Is this a virtual machine? If so, look at the "st" value in top. This is the CPU steal % from other VPS on the server. Look here https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/cpu-steal.7027/

Also look at htop or top to look for services using way too many resources even though your summary looked good.

That is A LOT of CPU steal. Highly Unacceptable level.
