I installed a fresh copy of FusionPBX and the dashboard is empty. I get the menus on top, but not the domain menu on the right side. Any idea how to reset it. I have tired to reset the menus on the menu.php page but that did not work. Any suggestions?

Check that you have a "Dashboard" category in default settings. There should be 24 items.

Renaming header_domain_visible to domain_visible in default settings will bring the domain name back, haven't figured out how to get the dashboard to show up though

What OS are you using, I have installed without any problems like this a couple of times in the last couple of days.

I am only seeing 12 items on the Dashboard. I am running Debian 10 on this host. I have updated/upgraded it prior to install.

The screen shot shows you have no groups assigned to the dashboard. Which is why the dashboard looks empty it’s not assigned to anyone. You can delete the dashboard widgets and run upgrade-> app defaults. It will add the dashboard and assign them to groups by default.
