SOLVED Default Settings - Not Pushed to Yealink Phone

Hi Team,

FusionPBX Version 5.1

Default settings are not being pushed to phone. Enay pointers? Auto provision is working but settings are not being pushed to phone.

Yealink T48s phone with latest firmware.

Any pointers where can I start digging to resolve the issue?

You can start by looking into the phone templates you're using for your device to see if the default settings you want are even referenced in the template or not

enablede variable in default settings is enabled
default settings name are referenced in template
I have even hardcoded the values in templates but still no push to phone
this is an old server has worked for over 4 years. I think it must have broken when I upgraded fusionpbx last time probably 7-8 months ago
I did not notice this untill I had to reset the phone and reprovision (auto reprovision)
Phone auto reprovision works OK but no values are pushed

I think I'm a bit confused after your last message. Just to confirm, is your phone getting any provisioning values/settings at all or not?

Auto provision is working

how do know that if the phone is not getting any values?

Before resetting
I know provisioning is working ( or part of it) becaluse the devide profile is sent to the phone and BLF buttons get their values


When I press Provision (within device settings or from registration screen) the phone indicator light (red notification light) starts flashing.

After Resetting
Device profile was pushed to the phone but server host address was not. and none of the other variables./settings.







Any thoughts?

Update - I just tested out T54w.
Everything seems to be working.
Issue seems to be with T48s. I only use these two phones so cannot test any third model

Any pointers? please

An extra underscore was killing it ... damn
