I have a local PBX, but recently we took a power hit and were down for a few days due to a storm that passed by. I would like to build a DR server on the cloud. This server will be powered off and once a day, it will fire up and sync with the main server. If connectivity to the main server is lost then it will turn on automatically. I should be able to handle the scripting of the lambda function for this. My question is I am not sure how to sync my current server to one on the cloud. Could someone help me out with this?

if you are using a local IP address as your current “domain” in Fusionpbx then you will have difficulties moving to the cloud as a DR plan. If your on premises pbx uses a FQDN as the “domain” or “context” then migrating to a different location will be easier.
