editing multi-tenant xml

Where on earth are they? I cant find them anywhere. They don't appear in the XML editor, even if I login with a user that's just on that specific tenant.

I want to manually put a conference number into the IVR as thr Conference Centre doesn't show up as an option in the IVR but im sure other things will crop up.

you can type in any destination into the IVR menus by clicking the edit icon next to drop downs.
