Email to fax - FS_NOT_SET

What does FS_NOT_SET mean with outbound faxes? Seen this appear in logs, but cant seem to find much on Google

Quickly looking at some code, it's shown when fax_success is not true.
So it could have been any host of reasons.

Try the fax again?

I'm seeing FS_NOT_SET alot in the fax log - and yes they do try again, but eventually fail.

I'd like to know exactly what it means, rather than 'it failed, try again'

what you get when you press the send button? Err_call_rejected?

This can be fixed by setting the CallerID in the fax server extension.
