email_queue.php and fax_queue.php access denied

Hi,
I've updated to 5.0 (installing new services to manage queues as described in upgrade guide), and the page Status -> Email Queue and Fax Queue report "access denied".

I tried to " Restores default group permissions. ", " Restores the default items in the selected menu" etc but still the same.

any idea?
