Emails not working

Hello everyone!

Sending voicemail to email worked for me. But about a week ago it stopped working.
I had an SMTP setup with mail.com

Now when I send a voicemail to email or test email, I get the following error:
The following From address failed:.....
SMTP server error: Authentication required....

I changed ports from 587 to 465, changed secure settings, password etc. I created Application-specific passwords as well. Nothing helped.
Password working when I login to web mail interface.

Google said that it may be a phpmailer issue.

Easiest thing first may be to make a Gmail or another account and try sending out from that. That would help point in the right direction based on if that worked or not.

That's what I would try first. I'm on the lastest release and currently use Zoho with no issues.

Looking at the screenshot now...says credentials are invalid so it doesn't like something. I'd still try another smtp server just to see if it works.

I forgot to say that I already tried gmail, yahoo and my own mail server smtp relay.
Nothing works.

About credentials, it’s always says about it. With all mail services I tried to set. But with same credentials it’s working online in web browser.
Also, as I said, it’s working fine about week ago with same settings as now.

I'm also having issues with emails not sending for missed calls and voicemail.

Where did you find the page you screenshot showing the error?
