Enable DND from Operator Panel not working

Hi All, I'm using FusionPBX Latest version 4.5.32. If we enable DND though operator panel and then check in Applications>>>Call Forward I see there DND has been enabled but still calls are coming in to the phone. If I enabled trouhg star code or from call forward page it works perfect. Only the issue is when enabling from operator panel. Please adviseDND.PNG
