error starting any profile

I have 2 problems which I believe are linked
1. If I try and start any profile from the status menu I see this for example

[WARNING] sofia.c:6389 No Such Profile 'internal'

2. in fs_cli I am also getting alot of

[ERR] mod_lua.cpp:202 cannot open /usr/share/freeswitch/scripts/app.lua: No such file or directory
[ERR] mod_lua.cpp:270 LUA script parse/execute error!

I have already tried deleting the SQLite files, deleting all profiles and running upgrade > app defaults

I am assuming it is normal to see /etc/freeswitch/sip_profiles all as *.xml.noload as the profiles are actually in postgres?
