Event Guard Incorrectly Blocking Groundwire/Linphone Clients After Update

Recently, Event Guard has been blocking several of my Groundwire and Linphone clients. This seems to occur primarily when users are connected through cellular networks, likely because their IP addresses change frequently. I’m not sure what changed, but about a week ago I updated FreeSWITCH and FusionPBX to the latest 5.5 release. Since then I’ve had to continuously unblock affected clients manually.

I’ve also noticed this issue when a site’s IP address changes with many desk phones, which requires me to manually remove the block each time.
