Execute script when max wait time is reached

Hello everyone,
I want to execute my lua script when max wait time is reached in the call center queue.I noticed that there is a section in the menu which is labeled as Other and includes several actions like Hangup , Voice mail check etc,, but i didn't found where this is defined (if anyone knows please let me know) .Please take a look at the attached image and i will appreciate any advice what is the best option to execute script in this occasion.Screenshot at 2020-11-25 20-07-141.png

Create a new or copy/edit dialplan with actions you want. Change “destination” (on top right just below “order”) to true and the dial plan will show up as an option in drop down.

Hi thanks for the reply.
I have created new dial plan and i set destination to true but this doesn't helped me.Dialplan doesn't show in the drop down menu. Also what about the rest of the commands in the menu, they are not defined as dialplan so any other ideas how to define custom command there ??
