Extern Call Audio issue

Hello,

When somewone calls into the PBX the internal number haus no audio. His Mic works but he doenst hear anything.

I have installed the latest update and the network doesnt break down. I have a PFsense as firewall.

Have you have anythinh in mind what the issue could be?

i would check your ext-sip-ip / ext-rtp-ip internal & external if your doing NAT to get to your box, if you are these need to be set to your external IP then reboot your system

First Put your phone on DMZ to check if issue persist
Second check codecs priority and selected codecs and priority on the phone.
I use PCMA/PCMU works perfect for me. This is also dependent on your upstream provider though. Make sure your codes are the same as your carrier.

I added autonat at the external ip, like we have at a another install now it works, and when i did that, some spam registrations got fewer and with mod of the firewall i could eliminate all others.
