We have some customers who have staff working externally on occasion and they need to be able to toggle their night switch (call flow) on/off remotely.
For various reasons, we are also not giving them access to the web gui to make this change themselves so we have to resort to the use of feature codes instead.
Is there a way that they can dial in and use their feature code remotely without being on a extension directly connected to the system?
I read in another post about doing this via the dial plan manager, however, that post indicated the necessity for the 'Destination=TRUE' setting in the dialplan editor. Supposedly this is in Branch 4.4 but ours doesn't seem to have it.
Any ideas?
