I just started exploring fusionpbx and to be honest I'm very new to it. I had an issue when i try to configured the fanvil phone with proxy server (ribbon edgemarc with local survivable function), it's successfully registered to fusionpbx, but I'm not able to call any internal extension. I also registered another microsip client (with same proxy server setting), the microsip client can call fanvil phone with no issue at all. I have no idea why the fanvil doesn't work with a proxy server. Attached the logs, hopefully someone will able to assist and point me to the right direction, thanks in advance.
**Extra note, if i configure the fanvil phone without any proxy server, it can internal extension with no issue at all.
proxy server ip address (edgemarc) : 192.168.1.13
fanvil ext 1010 ip address: 192.168.1.15
microsip client ip address: 192.168.1.228
fusionpbx (pbx2.atascloud.com) ip address: 192.168.1.110
