Fax Issue

I have an extension setup for faxing. When I call that extension the phone simply ahngs up and I get teh following error.

Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

I resolved this by going from Debian 9 to Debian 8.

Did this resolve the issue? I am having the same error when setting up an extension for fax. Did you follow the same procedure when setting up the fax in debain 8 too?Mind if you can share the steps you followed to set up the fax server..
