Whenever I try and a send a document other than PDF through the fax server I get:
TIFF/F file cannot be opened
I see the file in the temp directory with the right permissions but it's only an 8k file, while the files that were converted from PDF are several MB. I see nothing in the messages log re file conversion failure. Does anyone have any ideas on where to look ?
