This is my first time setting up a pbx; thanks to fusionpbx and the many helpful threads in this forum, I managed to get quite close to what we actually want and need. Here is one of the few open questions:
What is the recommended way to disable voicemail boxes completely and replace them with a forward to a ring group so that when a call to an extension does not get picked up, it will get forwarded to a ring group?
Furthermore we would like to not set that up individually in Applications -> Follow Me as we decided to synchronize call forwarding and dnd with the respective functions on the phone. When setting "Call Forward" on "No Answer" for every extension, every extension on the phones would look like as if it was forwarded.
