I have a client that wants to be able to forward voicemails that he receives to his assistant.
I dial *97, login as him, get to the message he wants to forward. press 8 put in the extension to forward it to, press 1 to record a message for it, and it just sends the message off. It seems that either it is determining the message is done, or it is not waiting long enough. Any ideas?
Secondly , the extension he is forwarding to gets the voicemails as emails. Will the extra message to the voicemail get delivered as well?
