Trying to use feature code *732.
When I dial *732 I it prompts for a passcode as well as and ID then begins recording. Everything works as intended and I am able to listen to my recording.
After I listen to my recording it prompts me to press 1 to save or press 2 to rerecord. I am having inconsistencies when pressing 2.
When I press 2 it prompts for the ID again. The issue I am facing is that when it prompts again sometimes it doesn't give me a chance to actually enter the ID while other times it will say it quickly and skip to start recording. When it doesn't give me a chance it goes straight past the ID and asks me to record again which does not get tagged with the ID I needed once saved.
Any suggestions to eliminate this behavior?
When I press 2 to rerecord shouldn't it already know the ID that I entered when I initially dialed *732?
