fusionpbx behind nat

hi all, try to setup a fusionpbx 5.0.5 behind nat, but no luck.... so, calls between extensions works, setup gateway, destinations, inbound. now i'm trying to receive a call, but i didn't received it. in gateway start and in inbound log i saw something strange:

Dialplan: sofia/external/+40727191939@sip.zadarma.com Regex (FAIL) [566442] ${sip_req_user}(gw+a7ecc08c-ce90-4754-b37f-32af35104f99) =~ /^(566442)$/ break=on-false

i have other fusionpbx 5.0.5, installed on a public ip, but here inbound works., in $(sip_req_user) i see correct gateway:

Dialplan: sofia/oro-ext/+40727191939@172.19.89.129 Regex (PASS) [+40374490900] ${sip_req_user}(+40374490900) =~ /^\+(40374490900)$/ break=on-false

tried a lot of settings (deleted -nonat, changed ext-rtp-ip and ext-sip-ip with autonatUBLICIP or PUBLIC IP, but still inbound refuse to work.

do you know what to do it to solve this?

For an unknown reason it took me several attempts, including restarts, to change external_rtp_ip and external_sip_ip to my external IP before the change finallly took effect. I did not use autonat prefix.
