I am relatively new to FusionPBX and FreeSWITCH. I am trying to test it to understand its functionality.

I am however unable to get outbound calls to work. When I check my logs I find that Sophia sets the call as inbound instead of outbound, and tries to look for inbound destinations to route the call to. How do I fix this?

I am running my topology between two FusionPBX installations with IPs 192.168.66.8 and 192.168.66.13. I will share logs from the .13 box. Let me know if you need any more info.

I think I have the same issue, internal call is fine, but could not call out.

I believe I have the same issue. You can check my logs and I noticed it says inbound instead of outbound. I tried outbound call from EXT 20 to 21:

b01189a8-76bd-4f73-8a6f-31199b60d327 EXECUTE [depth=0] sofia/internal/20@107.21.40.44 export(call_direction=inbound)

tmediaassembly - Read through the bullet points here they were added to this page to try and help with common mistakes. Anything that matches the domains ACL will get put into the public context. That is good for your VoIP provider but very bad for your phones.
