fusionPBX voicemail email

After setting email Transcription..with IBM AI (open AI), Fusion pbx is stuck on "waiting" or "trying", but missed calls got emailed without any issue.
Also, when I ran this command line.. [ php /var/www/fusionpbx/app/email_queue/resources/service/email_queue.php]
I get this error.. [
Failed loading /usr/lib/php/20220829/ioncube_loader_lin_8.2.so: /usr/lib/php/20220829/ioncube_loader_lin_8.2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Cannot lock pid file /var/run/fusionpbx/email_queue.pid]
......
systemctl enable email_queue
systemctl start email_queue
systemctl daemon-reload
does not work
Any help is welcome.
 
This is the FS PBX subforum, and we don't use the outdated email_queue. We transitioned to much more robust real queues some time ago. You mentioned FusionPBX in the title. Is that what you are using?
 
Yes.. I was referring to FusionPBX
I started with FusionPBX and I read about FS PBX and I liked what I read and wanted to give it a try ..
I installed and run it .. I liked it, specially when I see that it works with ringotel which I use and every little quirks That I encountered were fixed extremely fast by pbxgeek, but I was stuck in "a one way voice" and couldn't edit the variables rtp_sip ...to fix it... still waiting for a fix

do you still have issues after the fix was posted?

I didnt know it was fix, should I do an update?
