Gateway Registration

I am trying to connect an Obi212 GoogleVoice gateway to FusionPBX. I have successfully done this with FreePBX/Asterisk and 3CX, but am running into an issue with Fusion, even after seeing a few of the aids on this across the internet. I have a feeling it has to do with my lack of knowledge with FusionPBX & FreeSwitch.

I have configured a Gateway with "Global" domain, public context and internal profile, and receive the following:

You must define a domain called '172.16.3.10' in your directory and add a user with the id="obi212" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in its authentication credentials.

This system is a "hobby" install at my house, so I don't have any true domain services running in this environment, so I am confused where this domain and user shlould be listed. (10.172.16.3.1 is listed in the Domains section and is the IP address of the FusionPBX server)
