SOLVED GATEWAY STATUS NOT APPEARING

Hello Gents,
When i installed fusion i was able to configured a gateway and register it correctly. I then moved it to another location and i was unable to access the pbx. I then placed it back where it was prior(internet connection) i was then able to access, however, i was unable to register the SIP trunk. I then reinstalled fusionpbx back on the server and attempted to add the gateway, and i now am unable to get it to work. It will not show me the status of the gateway nor allow me to delete the gateway. I then built a router in front of the pbx and allowed the router to register the SIP trunk so i can then register my pbx to the router but i am receiving the same thing. attached is a picture of what i see when i select gateways. Can someone Please help!
