Grandstream 2616 menu options

Hi ,
We deploying the grandstream 2616 using automatic provision. We have issues where users can go in the settings and change information on the accounts and factory default the phones. This has been causing many problems. Is there a way too restricted users from making these kind of changes unless they they have to admin password to the phones.

I looked in the default settings on the. Fusionpbx to see if there is something that can be enabled but I don't see anything.

The templates have an option to restrict the menus via provisioning, but the default setting isn't added by default.
You would need to add "grandstream_configuration_via_keypad" option with the setting you'd prefer. We typically use "2" Constraint mode.
