New to FusionPBX but experienced VoIP engineer and experienced with Grandstream.
Provisioned a GRP2612 from Fusionpbx, calls working in and out but there's no audio either way when I call the GRP2612. I can get audio with a softphone though.
If I reset the 2612 and enter the sip account details then the handset registers and I have audio. Seems to be an issue with provisioning so the question is where can I find the templates for the grp2612 so I can edit them?
