GXP2170 Redial button not working

The GXP2170 has a "Redial" softkey as shown below:


Whilst *870 performs the redial function the button itself does not work.

Can this be programmed in the device profile similar to this

How do I check/configure this button?

In some places I have read this is a hard key that cannot be programmed.

If it can be programmed in Fusion how can this be done?

The simple answers are the redial button cannot be programmed through a device profile and it can be programmed through the provisioning template. I'll check the setting you need when I'm in the office on Monday morning and post back. It can be done in the handset web gui

OK I was wrong, you can't change those buttons in the way I thought. Been working with GS handsets for 15 years so I should have known!
In any case the redial button should simply redial the last number or the number highlighted in the list so I really can't understand why it's not working.
I've tried to reproduce this on a GXP2130, 2135, 2160 and the redial works. What version fw is your handset at
