Has anything changed with voicemails lately?

It seems when you dial into the VM system we are no longer getting prompted for be able to record or modify greetings. This seemed to disappear a few weeks ago.
Also, I thought from the GUI we can cause a recording to occur from an extension?

It seems the tutorial is not playing if it is enabled.

also when attempting to record name or greeting it plays the announcement and the tone and then goes back to the advanced menu so nothing gets recorded. ANy ideas?

This is with tutorial on or off as well

looks like there wasan update for VM today that seems to fix most . the "name" still doesnt seem to play though when call is answered. We can record the name and greeting and play it back from the menu now too.

What exactly is the tutorial supposed to play?
