I work with VoIP and business phone systems, mostly softphones and SIP. A lot of my time goes into setting up softphones, getting them working with platforms like NetSapiens, and sorting out the usual headaches - push notifications on mobile, NAT issues, provisioning, that kind of thing.
Lately I've been reading up on the new AI features in softphones too, like live call translation and call summaries. Interesting stuff.
Mostly I'm here to learn from people who know more than me and to help out where I can. I've worked with SIP for a while but I'm always picking up new things.
