I'm David, and I come from a network engineering background but I've been transplanted the last few years in a telecommunications environment. Some years ago we partnered with Broadsoft for our hosted PBX offering and it's been painful of late. Since the Cisco acquisition they have been dismantling the place to rebuild it in Cisco's image. We have decided to migrate our clients off that platform and we are strongly considering FusionPBX to replace that cloud infrastructure.

I hope you'll forgive my well intentioned noobie questions as we figure this out. We have a few instances deployed in the cloud that are up and working thanks in large part to info and fixes we found here. Thanks very much for that! The info here has been amazing and we would love to support this forum community any way we can
