Hi. Basically I've worked in telecoms my whole life, and I am now stating my own small telecoms company in the UK. I'll need lots of help with FusionPBX, so here seems like the perfect place for me. Looking forward to getting to know you all

And as soon as I've submitted my first message, I'm already considering building the system on FS PBX instead...
In the time between posting that post and getting it approved, I've been doing more reading on here and decided to stay with FusionPBX.
@TheMoebius A lot of the information in older posts is outdated, so rather than going back and forth here, why don’t we jump on a quick Zoom call and I can show you the differences firsthand?
We’re a service provider just like you, and FS PBX was originally built to solve the challenges we were experiencing managing our own company and customers. One of the biggest areas we focused on was usability. FusionPBX is extremely powerful, but its interface can be quite technical and difficult for end users to navigate. Making the platform much easier for both administrators and customers was one of our first priorities with FS PBX, and we’ve expanded significantly beyond that since then.
