Hi. Basically I've worked in telecoms my whole life, and I am now stating my own small telecoms company in the UK. I'll need lots of help with FusionPBX, so here seems like the perfect place for me. Looking forward to getting to know you all
@TheMoebius A lot of the information in older posts is outdated, so rather than going back and forth here, why don’t we jump on a quick Zoom call and I can show you the differences firsthand?
We’re a service provider just like you, and FS PBX was originally built to solve the challenges we were experiencing managing our own company and customers. One of the biggest areas we focused on was usability. FusionPBX is extremely powerful, but its interface can be quite technical and difficult for end users to navigate. Making the platform much easier for both administrators and customers was one of our first priorities with FS PBX, and we’ve expanded significantly beyond that since then.
There’s no obligation or hard sell. Give me a few minutes to walk you through it and show you how we use it in a real service-provider environment. At the very least, you’ll come away with a much better understanding of the differences and can make an informed decision about what’s best for your business—whether that means staying with FusionPBX or considering a more modern approach with FS PBX.
