does anyone have had problems in registering an Hikvision Intercom on a Multitenant PBX.
Scenario:
FusionPbx with more then one domain configured
Hikvision DS-KV6113 tries to register extension 300 with customer.domain.com (wich points to the pbx public address)
Pbx responds "can't find user 300@public ip" (not 300@fqdn)
I wrote to hikvision support and I'm waiting a response but I would appreciate to know if somebody else has had the same problem or at least if somebody has successfully registered an hikvision video intercom to a multitenant pbx.

p.s. I did also tests with a fusion fresh install not using domain and I have been able to send video calls and open relay and also call the door phone and open relay as well
