How to add CALL BACK to my IVR?

Hello Team,
I want to add call back to my IVR. But I am not getting how to add call back?
My initial plan is when the user will click the callback dial in IVR after 15 minutes an automated call will be made to the user from the system. And An IVR will be played n the call.

Please help me to understand how can I use the call back feature in Fusion PBX
