How to automatically create domains and others (API)

Hi.

I Need help to automatized my fusion, I need to crate this things:
- domain
- extensions
- dial plan
- gateways
- upload recordings

And know if an extension is online/offline such as is is in a call

Bsically I need an API os something to do that.

Could you guys please help me?

There is a commercial API. It seems completely undocumented anywhere so I cannot even say what it contains or doesn't.
