Can anyone tell ,how to convert the Cisco 8861 V 16 active firmware load sip8xx.12-6-1-0001-668 to work with Fusion pbx. Currently screen is on Activation code screen. I have the new 3MPPC file downloaded from Cisco. I can ping the device with no issue.If I follow the process http:// phone IP/admin/upgrade?/http:computer IP/file name
Nothing happens.Downloaded Fenix web server,cannot figure out the ipgrade process.
