How to remove Timestamp in the wav voicemail

I'm looking for a solution for remove the timestamp int he wav of the voicemail email, but for only one tenant, it'S possible ?

If you mean stop the timestamp announcement when the voicemail is played back, then you may find this post helpful:

If you mean just the email message, it can be removed in the email template. Tricky part would be setting for only single tenant. might have to play with language options to "fool" system into using a different template.
