I am looking into starting my own mobile provider like T-Mobile. Here is what I am going to be doing. We want to set up the (PBX) or some kind of phone server in a data center, use t-Mobile towers and route any communication the cell phones have to do with the server back to the ip for the server. I want to run my own PBX (or whatever type of server I run) in my own data center. I would then use a companies towers like for an example T-Mobile.
