Hello guys!
Does someone have experience with Grandstream HT814 ATA? I have a problem with it. It registers to FusionPBX, I can make outbound calls, but I can't make inbound calls. I see that FreeSWITCH is trying to call, but then got busy and I don't see the call from FS to the device via sngrep, and on the device web interface also, seems like FS doesn't even try to call it, but due to the log file, it sends a call. I had the same issue with HT503, then I reset it and provisioned via FusionPBX and I began to work. I found a provision file for the HT814 on GitHub for FusionPBX, loaded it, downloaded it, checked that it is correct, provisioned, and still no luck. Does somebody know maybe I need to set some specific settings on this device to make inbound calls work?
The device is OK, it works with Kazzo, but doesn't work with FusionPBX.
I changed the firmware also.
Primary SIP Server address = domain name
Proxy = FusionPBX IP
For the SIP User ID and Authenticate ID I put the Fusion Extension, and the Fusion Extension password under Authenticate Password.
And the status is Registered, outbound calls work, inbound calls do not.
