Let me introduce myself. My partner and I run a small engineering office. We deal with radio communication and for this we have developed a radio control centre. Here we use FusionPBX among other things. So we are not from the world of telephony, but we have learned a lot in the past. But for some topics not enough, that's why I'm here now. Since our radio control center is in use, I can certainly give you one or two hints about FusionPBX, although I don't feel like an expert. My mother tongue is German, so I ask for your indulgence in one or the other formulation.
