Our company is being required to have Stir Shaken implemented for how we are using Fusion. Does anyone happen to know if the latest version of FusionPBX has that capability? Does anyone have any guides or suggestions on how I can do such a thing?

Any help would be appreciated!

Freeswitch has a module for stir/shaken but I am not aware of any development on the Fusionpbx side to implement it.

Most carriers have a way to handle signing outbound calls on your behalf and passing headers for verified inbound calls.

We need someone with industry experience to help us implement STIR/SHAKEN on our FreeSWITCH / FusionPBX server.

We are a web application development company with development expertise, but limited knowledge of telephony. We have a call routing server that runs FreeSWITCH and FusionPBX. It provides a service where callers are presented with an IVR. Depending on what IVR selections are made, callers are either routed to one of several possible call centers or terminated (hung up on).

Calls come into the system via direct SIP connections, from a variety of sources.

When calls are transferred to a call center, this is done by transferring the call to the call center's phone number. We have an account with Sangoma's Communication Services, a.k.a. VoIP Innovations, (https://carrierservices.sangoma.com/) that is used for outbound calls to the call centers.

We are based in the United States and all calls are in the United States.

We need to implement STIR/SHAKEN on our call routing server as soon as possible, in order to stay in compliance with FCC rules and continue operating our service.

After some initial research, it is our understanding that STIR/SHAKEN is available, out of the box, with FreeSWITCH. However, it is not available out of the box when one installs FreeSWITCH and FusionPBX as a combination. We need to make STIR/SHAKEN work with the combination of FreeSWITCH and FusionPBX. We believe this is doable, but we lack the necessary expertise to accomplish this update in a reasonable period of time, and this is something we need done quickly.

If interested please send me a message. This would be paid.

@scg_chris Have you done the paperwork yet to acquire a SPC Token from the STI-GA? https://sti-ga.atis.org

If not start there, or get a delegate certificate from the telecom providing the phone numbers your using for outbound calling.

@scg_chris Implementing STIR/SHAKEN might not be necessary for your use case if you can convince the call centers where you are terminating your calls to take your calls via SIP. If you transfer the calls via SIP, i.e. bridge(mod_sofia/externalsipprofile/someextension@somecallcenter.com;transport=udp), you'll save yourself a TON of time, the call will arrive faster, and you'll save whatever you're spending with Sangoma.

Opting to become an STI-PA, which is what it sounds like you'd like to do, can be a little daunting and carries both a minimum annual expense of $850 and a monthly expense depending on who you use for your certificate.
