INBOUND CALL NOT SUCCESSFUL

Hello I am new here and I installed a fusionpbx recently and I have problems with the inbound call. The call arrive to the server and I have a proxy rejection.

Someone can help to advance with it. I will be very grateful.

When I make the call I receive this information through FS CLi and 407 Proxy authentication required

Effectively ACL had the issue in the domain section public ip has to take x.x.x.x/32 for CIDR. Additional I have to remove the prefix from inbound routes for my DID

The steps to fix the problem was the followed:
1. Modify ACL domain adding /32 to public ip address
2. Remove prefix 51 from field prefix in DID configuration on inbound routes
