Inbound calls interrupting outbound calls

Hey,

I currently have an issue with my call center agents, where if they call a user back while on the the incoming call interrupts the current outbound call by beeping in their ears for about 2 seconds every 5-10 seconds. I can't seem to find a way to stop this happening, wondering if anyone has an idea?

It may be just a call waiting tone being generated by the phone, depending on the phone, you can probably turn if off. This is what the setting looks like on a Yealink phone:
