Hi guys,

I am having an issue where inbound calls are just getting "The number is currently busy" and hanging up. Note that outbound calls work perfectly fine.

I did a siptrace and first I got the below (redacted my calling number with "XXXXXXXXXX" and my receiving number with "YYYYYYYYYY", my PBX ip with 123.123.123.123 and my sip provider IP with 987.987.987.987)

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Based off this I then added the IP of my SIP trunk into the ACL and am now receiving the below (which seems to suggest it was successful) but still gives me me the "number is busy" message. Anyone have any ideas please?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is your number registered, your gateway working ? Wats yr inbound route set to ?
Use a basic conference with no pin to test yr inbound calling

Hi guys, sorry for not replying earlier I had to put this project on hold.

I found out that I was having an issue with my ACL because I created a second entry with a default of "allow" but it was getting caught by the default "domains" ACL with a "deny" default (hopefully that makes sense). I solved that particular issue by adding my SIP trunk to the "domains" ACL with an "allow" status but I am still getting the busy tone (but without the acl denied error)

I then discovered that I had inadvertently changed the Domain on the dialplan for my extension and once I fixed it up and pointed it towards the right domain it was all good!

Thanks so much for all your help!
