Hello all,

Very new and looking for some help. I have a new install and have followed what I could to get things working so far - gateways, extensions etc are registered. Carrier IP's are in ACL CIDR, internal calls are working, and have set public IP into internal and external sip profiles.

I have spent a couple of days trying all sorts of things to get inbound calls to work (cant get outbound to work either, but thats for another time) and have managed to locate a stumbling block in the logs:

2021-08-12 21:52:02.093980 [DEBUG] sofia.c:10456 verifying acl "domains" for ip/port X.X.X.X:0.
2021-08-12 21:52:02.113976 [WARNING] sofia_reg.c:2932 Can't find user [GW-USER@Y.Y.Y.Y] from X.X.X.X
You must define a domain called 'Y.Y.Y.Y' in your directory and add a user with the id="GW-USER" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in its authentication credentials.

GW-USER -> Gateway username, X.X.X.X -> Carrier IP, Y.Y.Y.Y -> Public IP.

How do I clear this issue??

Thought id report that I managed to clear this issue and can nw receive inbound calls. It had to do with the format of the IP in ACL CIDR, by adding /32 to the end of the IP -> XX.XX.XX.XX/32.

Now to the next issue..
