Inbound from Sip Server only land on single extension

One way is to skip the regex and create a destination for each number. Another option given the existing regex, it to edit the "inbound route" created by the destination example.
The destination page you show, would create an "inbound route" dial plan with the regex listed as the condition to match, and a transfer action to whichever extension from drop down list you selected. Once that dial plan is there, edit to something like this:
The 59$1 portion would send to 5900-5999 in the domain/context listed.
