Inbound/Outgoing calls issue

Hello everyone!

I need your help here. I have a problem that causes a few times during the day.
In incoming or outgoing call it sometimes (approx. 2 of 10) no audio.
Captured packets, read logs. Everything looks fine to me.
I'm pretty sure it's not a problem of FS, because it happens at only one tenant.

Have anybody faced that issue?
Appreciate any help!
