Inbound routes feature info

Hello,

I would like to know if the following feature is already available and if yes please let me know the process to create it.

I have one inbound number assigned for 3 extensions. If I make a call from one particular extension and the call is not attended, and the recipient calls back after sometime seeing the missed call, then is there a way to make the call reach only that particular extension that made the call instead of ringing all extensions?

Let me know if its possible and the conditions to make this apply. Thanks in advance.

To make such a thing would be very complicated, why not just give the extensions a DID each for outbound?

The customer we are dealing with has only one DID. That is the main reason.
